I am a Level 2 ECE and have completed my ECE diploma at Heritage college. I have been working in child care field for 12 years. 

I have been working as an ECE for 3.5 years. I am currently working towards my level 1 ECE and will be finished by June 2022.

Sheila worked in the corporate world before changing fields and finding her passion in the world of Early Childhood Education for the last 10 years. She is currently a Level 3 ECE and is currently working towards her degree in Early Childhood Development.

Skylar has been excelling as an Early Childhood Educator in the school age room as well as in the part time preschool classes since joining Lab West Child Care Centre. She is currently on maternity leave with her beautiful son and working toward her Level 1 ECE.

Shantel has been working in Early Childhood Education for over 6 years. She has worked in various roles including inclusion support, homeroom support and now as a full time preschool educator. She has completed her Level 1 ECE certification and continues to be an educator in the full time preschool homeroom.

Mallory has been working in the Early Childhood Education field for 4 years. She is our resident summer ECE with lots of experience and energy!

Trina is a Level 2 ECE that has been working in Early Childhood Education for over 8 years. She is currently working in our preschool room and is looking forward to continuing her work with our toddlers.

Sarah is currently working towards her Level I ECE and spends her time with our school aged children as well as the part time preschool program. Sarah’s joyful nature is an asset to our team and the children thrive under her care.
