Toddlers need to feel secure an be able to explore their environment through all their senses. Toddlers are learning that they are individuals and practice their independence often.
At our centers, we encourage toddlers to explore their environment by making it safe and nurturing. As our toddlers learn to communicate and relate to their new found individualism our early childhood educators enhance the learning process by providing activities that encourage body movement, language development and beginning social interaction.
Our toddler program is set up to allow the children to take an active role in their day-to-day routines. Manipulatives, puzzles, books, and interest centres in the room encourage the children to make choices relevant to their interest and at their individual developmental level.

In our school age program play, is respected as the primary vehicle for early learning. Children use play to model, create, explore, problem solve, interact socially, pretend and dream. Our early childhood educators excite curiosity, stimulate creativity, and encourage the development of problem solving skills.
We provide opportunities to create and expand children’s cognitive, language and motor skills, and help every child better understand themselves and the world in which they live. The children are provided challenges that are carefully aligned to their current level of development, while also focusing on knowledge and skills that are on the upper edge of their abilities.
The children regularly enjoy special visitors to the centre in order to enhance the fun and learning already provided by our qualified and dedicated staff. In addition to daily outings, age appropriate well supervised field trips are offered for extra fun and educational value.
The programming is for before and afterschool care but we also offer full time child care on school closure days, during holiday breaks and throughout the summer.
